a). Check if the order was paid? After paying for the order, subscribers start arriving in 10 minutes.

b). Check your profile's privacy settings. Your profile should be publicly available and not closed by privacy settings. If you didn't have time to open your profile before ordering, then write to our support service by email [email protected] or in the application form in the Contact us section.
